Role Purpose



The primary purpose of this role is to support Omexom's ambitious recruitment goals by assisting domestic and international recruitment. This role will support our external employer branding efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners such as universities, schools, and other stakeholders. The role will also support our international recruitment efforts through the provision of visa support and administration.

Responsibilities & Duties



Collaborate with HR, Recruitment and Business Unit Teams to identify relevant recruitment fairs across all regions and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with organisational needs and goals. Create a structured plan for recruitment fair attendance to ensure consistency in our approach. Plan, organise, and manage recruitment fairs from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and proper coordination of participants, resources, and logistics. Select the most appropriate attendees for recruitment events, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and target audiences. Collaborate with Business Units and relevant academic institutions to identify high-priority recruitment areas and target specific audiences for recruitment initiatives. Represent Omexom at key recruitment fairs, showcasing our values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Manage company merchandise for recruitment events to enhance the visibility and appeal of Omexom during recruitment fairs. Coordinate travel arrangements for recruitment-related events, including bookings for transportation, accommodation, and logistics for the team and event participants. Support the coordination of international recruitment processes and mobility of resource across the global Omexom network. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of international candidates. Maintain accurate records of international hires and their legal documentation. Conduct thorough candidate right to work checks and ensure adherence to immigration regulations. Manage and maintain compliance documentation for international employees. Provide guidance on best practices for visa applications, work permits, and employment eligibility. Support sponsorship applications, liaise with relevant government bodies and immigration experts to ensure right to work compliance. Coordinate visa renewals, extensions, and related documentation for employees requiring sponsorship. Act as a point of contact for employees navigating visa processes. Provide ongoing support to international employees, ensuring they have access to resources and guidance throughout their tenure. Assist with relocation and socialisation support to international recruits when they commence employment. Provide additional administrative support regarding recruitment and resourcing as needs arise.

Qualifications and Experience



Essential:



A minimum of 2 years recent experience in providing administrative support within a busy office environment. A good standard of educational attainment with a minimum Grade C GCSE passes in English and Mathematics. A good level of IT skills including use of the Microsoft Office package with the ability to quickly learn new skills and become familiar with new software packages. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate to staff at all levels. Be able to work under pressure, be a team player and have a high level of self-motivation. Possess the ability to use your own initiative to ensure new skills and tasks are picked up easily.

Desirable:



Experience in HR administration, international recruitment, or immigration support would be an advantage.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
