But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for a Resource Co-Ordinator to join our field engineering team. You will be responsible for scheduling engineer bookings from Project Managers and internal departments, ensuring the optimum engineer is assigned based on location and skills match for the task required. Your passion for resource coordination and a "can-do" attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills and record keeping.

Ability to be adaptable at all times to a fast-changing environment.

Resilience to deal with difficult situations and expectations.

Ability to manage a workload whilst maintaining required standards including peak demand periods.

Demonstrable ability to support a multi-faceted busy department.

24,000.00 to 26,000.00 (depending on experience)

Your role as a Resource Co-Ordinator



Glide's technology solutions and unwavering focus on customer experience transform the way people live and work, and you will be a critical part of that.



A typical day might include:



Scheduling each request to ensure the optimum engineer is assigned based on location and skills match for the task required.

Optimising each engineer's time wherever possible.

Treating major outages of customer or exchange sites as a priority and rescheduling works around these occurrences.

Resourcing all Glide installation requests received from Provisioning, ensuring optimised clustering of tasks to reduce travel time.

Scheduling faults passed from the Service desk or NOC requiring an engineer visit with internal engineers or third-party sub-contractors within SLAs.

Reporting any stock shortages to Supply Chain.
