Resource Planning Coordinator

, you'll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:



Forecasting customer contact volumes and building smart, efficient schedules Keeping a close eye on real-time performance and making quick adjustments when needed Working closely with our Resource Planning Expert and operational teams to make sure we've got the right people with the right skills, right when we need them Using data to spot trends, flag risks, and help shape our future workforce strategy Supporting managers with clear, helpful insights and reports that drive performance

What you'll bring:



Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or contact centre operations A sharp eye for detail and a love of data Confidence using tools like Excel and real-time adherence systems Great communication skills--you'll be sharing insights and updates with managers and stakeholders A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure A customer-first approach in everything you do Confident challenging others--you're comfortable speaking up to improve decisions and drive better outcomes

The important bits:




This a full-time (35hours per week),

26,509.29

per annum, for a 35 hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
