We are looking for a Resourcing / Recruitment Assistant to come and join our established HR team!

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. About You




The aim of this role is to develop and strengthen the D. M. Keith Group in line with the family values. The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience as well as be extremely organised. We are looking for someone with strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with candidates ensuring that you continuously provide the highest level of service satisfaction to their customers. You need to be hardworking, resilient, and ambitious.

The ideal candidate will have:



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have excellent team-working skills The ability to handle multiple priorities Be able to maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken. Have strong IT skills - also with ATS (applicant tracking system). Exposure to recruitment is desirable. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise well so that results are delivered. Confident and professional with a positive attitude. Driven to help and support the team and wider business.


Roles and responsibilities will include:

Manage our recruitment platform, ensuring all enquires are dealt with in a timely manner, forwarding on applications as necessary. Place adverts internally and externally using our company platform, and other external sites. Undertake any pre-selection screening on candidates as required. Carry out video interviews daily. Invite candidates to interview, creating a positive candidate experience ensuring that they have all the required information in preparation for their interview. Liaise with Managers in order to book interviews and gather information. Ensure the Recruitment tracker is kept up to date at all times. Keep central HR team updated. Undertake additional specific tasks as required. Strong people skills and customer service, communication skills and the ability to build rapport will be essential for this role. You will need to be comfortable using an applicant tracking system (ATS)/recruitment system which includes logging issues, liaising with our supplier support desk and seeing issues/errors through to conclusion, providing outstanding support and guidance.
