DirectorAbout the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated, and child-focused Responsible Individual (RI) to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our new Ofsted-registered Children's Home in Maidstone. This is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning and help shape a high-quality residential service for children and young people.
The RI will play a central role in guiding the organisation through Ofsted registration, ensuring the home is safe, compliant, and well-led, and supporting the Registered Manager to deliver excellent care and outcomes.
