Role Overview:
As the Responsible Individual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Management:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of both homes, including staff management, training, and development.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to Ofsted regulations and other relevant standards.
Quality Assurance:
Implementing systems to monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
Safeguarding:
Developing and implementing robust safeguarding policies and procedures.
Operational Management:
Optimizing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Building strong relationships with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
Support for Registered Manager:
Working 1-2 days per week to support our Registered Manager in various aspects of their role.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong commitment to child welfare. The ideal candidate will have:
A dual registration as a Responsible Individual for two children's homes.
Proven experience in managing residential care settings.
A deep understanding of EBD and mild learning disabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
