About the Role



Position

: Responsible Individual (RI) Full Time or Part-time,

Location

: Lickey Hills (on the outskirts of Longbridge)

Salary

: 50,000 - 60,000 pro rata + clear, structured bonus scheme

Working Style

: Hybrid options and flexible working available
As RI, you'll take the strategic lead in ensuring our home meets and exceeds the highest care standards in line with Ofsted expectations. You will:

Provide expert support to the Registered Manager to maintain excellence across the home Oversee compliance, safeguarding, and service quality Influence the culture and direction of a newly developed setting from the outset

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who brings both expertise and vision. Ideally, you'll have:

2+ years' experience

in a management role within children's residential care

Level 5 Diploma

in Leadership & Management (Children's Residential Care) or working towards it In-depth knowledge of

Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities A

child-focused, proactive approach

with a commitment to quality care
We are open to applications from Responsible Individuals (supporting no more than one other active home) or individuals considering a full time position.
