Following the successful registration of our supported accommodation homes in Warwickshire, we are proud to announce the opening of our first 2?bed residential children's home for young people aged 7-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role

As our Responsible Individual, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our children's homes. You'll provide strategic oversight and leadership, ensuring we deliver safe, high?quality care that meets regulatory standards and genuinely changes lives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Ensure effective governance and compliance in line with Ofsted regulations and national care standards

? Provide leadership and guidance to the Registered Manager to deliver high?quality, child?centred care

? Champion and embed robust safeguarding policies and procedures

? Drive a culture of continuous improvement and best practice

? Oversee regulatory inspections, aiming for Good or Outstanding outcomes

? Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure operational efficiency

? Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and regulatory bodies

? Lead on staff development, training, and performance management

What We're Looking For

? Experience

Minimum 2 years in Residential Childcare as an RM or RI maintaining a Good or above. Minimum 1 year in a management role within a Residential Children's Home (required)
? Qualifications & Requirements

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (required) Or an equivalent qualification in Social Care
