Restaurant Administrator


We are recruiting for a Restaurant Administrator for our West End Garden Centre on a part time and permanent basis, working 22.5 hours per week which must include every Monday and Friday.


Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay Rate up to 12.96 per hour.

The role of Restaurant Administrator

Your main focus will be supporting the restaurant management team and administering the weekly stock takes. To provide accurate/timely administrative and data input assistance within the catering department. Ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities include:

Use of the Zonal System Investigating stock taking variances and taking appropriate action where necessary. Ensuring all invoices and stock control paperwork are collated and processed in an efficient and timely manner Ensures all company system security procedures are adhered to in order that both internal and external losses are minimised.

About you

You will need to demonstrate strong IT and systems skills, knowledge of zonal is desirable but not essential, and be confident working with MS office. Good administration and personal organisational skills are also required. Good communication skills are essential as a large part of this role will be liaising with all employees including the chef team and head office.
