We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of food and drinks. Your role will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Take and serve food orders to guests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the F&B area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle card transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently. Monitor customer behaviour and adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies. Assist in restocking supplies as needed, ensuring the bar is well-equipped at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous. Must be at least 18 years of age for alcohol sales due to licensing laws. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
