We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations within a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and food preparation, coupled with exceptional leadership and team management skills. As Bar and restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Duties

Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision and training. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create harmonious pairings of food and drink. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and support among staff. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, implementing strategies to optimise profitability.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role within the hotel or restaurant industry is essential. knowledge of bartending techniques, food preparation, and culinary principles. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
