Job Summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced Bar Supervisor who can have a hands on approach in our busy dining/bar village pub. Previous experience is essential and must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to handle any given situation.
The ideal candidate must have bar and front of house leadership experience and be able to work as part of a busy dynamic team who have a passion and loyalty to our new and existing customers.
Duties to include, but not limited to
Ensure the smooth running of our busy dining and bar area
Have continuous communication with our kitchen team to ensure meals are brought out to a high standard
Regular stock takes to ensure stock levels are maintained on a daily basis
Manage and organise weekly rotas
We are a small, friendly team and are looking for someone with the same commitment and have the reliability and trustworthiness to continue and help us grow our business.
