We require an experienced and dynamic

Bar Supervisor

to help lead our bar and food operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily bar activities, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate, staff, ensuring efficient team management and excellent customer service Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and safety Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage in accordance with food safety regulations Develop innovative drink menus and promotional offers to enhance guest experience Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a positive environment

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable Knowledge of culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations Familiarity with barista experience or coffee preparation is advantageous Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills Experience in serving customers in a hospitality context with a focus on high-quality service standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
