Work conditions:

5 days per week - 45 / 50 hours per week

Earnings starting from 39,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience

What is the Gallery Restaurant at Sketch and the role of Assistant Manager

The Gallery Restaurant is a Casual Fine Dining 100 seats restaurant located close to Regent street. It opens for Afternoon tea during the day and Dinner in the evening, 7 days a week. The Assistant Manager role is to ensure that all guests received a fun, energetic and professional experience by supporting the Service and Management team.

The role is mainly in the operations, looking after guests and staff members to ensure a proactive approach to the management of service, identifying issues before they arise. this means that taking part in service is something common as part of the role, together with some little administrative duties as part of the management team.
