Overview
The Grove Hotel in Bournemouth, a lovely B&B with an established reputation for its outstanding customer service and friendly approach, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Staff to join its small, friendly team. In this role, you will be the only member of staff in our small restaurant so it is essential that you are able to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring high standards of service is provided.
Duties
Provide a warm and friendly welcome and outstanding guest services by attending to customer needs and inquiries promptly. Take food orders and assist guests with hot beverages, serve food and drinks. Preparation, clearing and relaying of tables Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
Skills
Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is essential. Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A friendly and approachable personality that enhances the overall guest experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
