and supporting restaurant crew to join our team and help us grow with our new location in Sheffield.

About the Role
As Restaurant Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development & Planning:
Create and plan menus, considering seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
Develop new recipes and dishes to keep the menu fresh and innovative.
Food Preparation & Quality:
Oversee the preparation and cooking of all menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Maintain high standards for food safety and hygiene.
Monitor food stock and place orders to replenish supplies.
Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Kitchen Operations & Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding food preparation and dietary needs.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Other Duties:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary techniques.
Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations of kitchen staff.

Proven experience in cooking techniques.
