The Role: Restaurant Events Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Manager to join our exceptional team at COYA Mayfair. In this role, you will support the Reservations team in delivering high-end, dynamic, and memorable events for our guests and clients. You will be instrumental in managing the event pipeline, coordinating logistics, and cultivating professional relationships that reflect COYA's brand values and energy.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning & ExecutionSupport the end-to-end coordination of events, including client communications, site visits, menu planning, and supplier liaison. Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and shared across relevant departments using tools such as Monday.com and master event trackers. Collaborate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and service execution. Assist with activation opportunities and bespoke promotional events that showcase COYA's cultural and experiential brand identity. Respond to inbound event enquiries efficiently and professionally, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Track event conversions and provide weekly progress updates to the Regional Reservations Manager. Maximise upselling opportunities while maintaining operational balance across the restaurant teams. Facilitate internal communication across departments regarding event briefs, special requirements, and booking updates.

What We're Looking ForExperience in event coordination as a manager within the hospitality or F&B sector. Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment. Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday.com and the ability to track sales metrics and client pipelines. A proactive, service-led mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
