WEAVERS, Paisley is looking for an experienced Manager with high volume

restaurant and event experience to assist the General Manager.

This is an extremely popular casual dining restaurant & large bar with a large

beer garden and external event space. We require a hands on

Manager who can assist the GM & AGM by managing the entire food operation for the venue from a Frontof House perspective. This will include the 80 seater restaurant, 35 seater Private Dining Area, 80 seater bar and our extensive beer garden.

This will also include large events such as outdoor markets, music events and a beer festival to name a few.

An outgoing, confident leader, with a passion and enthusiasm for hospitality

and a strong background in food and events;

Responsibilities:

? Devise and execute plans for all annual events such as Christmas,

Mothers Day etc. Liaise with the head chef on menus and offers as well as

communicating these to the team, marketing the events and managing

to booking system to maximise revenue and efficiency.

? Devise and execute monthly food based events both inside and outside

the venue.

? Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring

smooth functioning of the restaurant and bar.

? Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and

support to maximize their potential.

? Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction

and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.

? Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels are

maintained and orders are placed as needed.

? Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and

delivery of food and beverages.

? Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to

maintain a safe and clean environment.

? Handle cash management, including cash register operations, ensuring

accuracy in transactions and accountability.
