Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the establishment to ensure efficient service delivery Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Background in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
