We are seeking an exceptional

Restaurant Head Host

for

LAVO London

to work within our talented Restaurant team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms and OpenTable Oversee host team performance and ensure smooth service Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams for efficient table management Handle guest feedback and special requests Support the Reception Manager and lead the team in their absence

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role within a busy, premium restaurant A passion for delivering luxury guest service Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of SevenRooms and OpenTable Positive, pro-active, and organised.
