Restaurant Manager - Weston Manor Hotel

Salary: 28,000 + approx. 2,000 Service Charge per year
Contract: 45 hours per week

Weston Manor Hotel, a prestigious country house hotel near Bicester, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support our Guest Service Manager team and ensure an outstanding dining and hospitality experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and work alongside our Guest Service Managers in the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and events

Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team to deliver consistently excellent guest service

Ensure smooth service during busy periods, including weddings and private functions

Maintain and uphold the hotel's high service and presentation standards

? Requirements:

Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or hotel is essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as required
