We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional service and high-quality food. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food production and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development
Previous experience in supervising staff within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is essential
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
A background in serving or barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (2 Years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
