Duties

Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. Implement health and safety regulations within the workplace. Scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Effectively open and close the restaurant before and after service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong bartending and waiting experience, with knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails. Knowledge of UK food health and safety standards Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
