Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food production and service.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain an efficient team.
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
