We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising all aspects of restaurant service, food preparation, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Duties
Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises.
Coordinate with the kitchen team on food production, menu planning, and inventory management.
Monitor service delivery to ensure excellent customer experiences and handle any guest concerns promptly.
Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance reviews to optimise team productivity.
Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed to support smooth operations.
Implement procedures for efficient workflow within the restaurant environment.
Uphold brand standards in service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
Experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous.
Familiarity with serving standards and customer service excellence.
Ability to oversee food safety compliance and maintain high hygiene standards.
Competence in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
