We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and food quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to food safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, fostering a positive team environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Lead and motivate the team, providing training and support to enhance culinary skills and customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensure exceptional hospitality by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Implement effective staff scheduling to optimise service during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both dining areas and kitchen environments.
Collaborate with chefs to develop seasonal menus that reflect current trends in food production.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in both service delivery and food safety practices.
Strong background in hospitality, with experience in serving and customer engagement.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments.
Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire staff to achieve their best performance.

Minimum 5 years Experience in Busy Indian Restaurant as a Manager position needed.
