As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement training programmes for new team members, focusing on culinary skills, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Updating and maintaining the till system. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members to encourage growth and development within the team.

Skills

Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively. Excellent supervisory skills to ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times. In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
