We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food preparation, culinary practices, and hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, maintaining food safety protocols, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Manage and train staff, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure efficient operation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
