Restaurant Manager with Italian Language



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Italian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food service, and lead our team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Italian cuisine and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



- Daily Operations Management:-Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment.

- Customer Experience:

- Ensure a high level of service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

- Staff Training and Development: - Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

- Conduct regular training sessions on menu knowledge, service techniques, and health and safety protocols.

- Financial Management:

- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and inventory control.

- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce waste.

- Menu and Inventory Management:- Collaborate with chefs to create and update the menu, ensuring the use of high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian recipes.

- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to ensure consistent stock availability.

-Marketing and Promotions:

- Develop promotional campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers.

- Organize special events, themed nights, and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:



- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role, preferably in an Italian restaurant.

- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
