We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional service and high-quality food. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing food production, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

As a Stolen Lamb employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-functioning team. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Develop menus and manage food production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Foster a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow during service periods. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory levels effectively. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Skills



Proven experience in a restaurant management role with strong leadership capabilities. Background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary arts is essential. Supervising experience with a focus on team management and development. Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in kitchen operations or hotel environments is advantageous. Barista experience is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
