Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: 34,000 - 38,000 plus tronc (46,000 - 50,000 total)

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to run our homemade pasta restaurant in Horsforth. The perfect candidate is someone who cares about the guest experience from start to finish, someone who loves working for a growing company and can keep our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, following our set structure.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences from start to finish

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Develop and implement strategies to improve guest services and restaurant profitability.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both the front and back of house, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders to ensure efficient workflow. Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in food handling. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
