We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Handle scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and production processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including kitchen areas.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, production techniques, and food safety standards.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
Experience in bartending is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
