We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand new establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, combined with exceptional leadership skills. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of service. Oversee kitchen operations, including food production and inventory management. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service efficiency. Lead team meetings to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role is essential. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices within the restaurant or hotel industry is advantageous. Culinary experience or qualifications will be considered a plus. Experience as a barista or in similar roles will be beneficial for enhancing our beverage offerings. A solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
