As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily management, administration, and operations of the restaurant. Lead all pre-opening activities, including sourcing, recruiting, and executing a successful opening plan. Develop and implement service standards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Analyse operations, costs, and revenue to optimize business performance. Conduct team meetings, resolve conflicts, and address guest concerns promptly. Prepare revenue forecasts and take corrective measures to achieve financial goals. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and uphold professional standards.

What we're looking for in a Restaurant Manager:

2+ years of senior role experience in hospitality, including fine dining and pre-opening. Expertise in Italian cuisine. Experience with SOPs, health and safety, and staff training. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement.
