We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food preparation, service, and overall guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Develop and implement training programmes for new hires on food production techniques and customer service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain financial records related to restaurant operations, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
