Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities spanning food preparation, team management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring high-quality culinary standards are met. Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment while enhancing service quality. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in barista duties or hotel management is advantageous but not essential. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. A passion for delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced environment.
