We have a sister site called The Bear which is also is in newton abbot, so for the right candidate an area manager role is available to be progressed into.
We also have a bakery and wholesale business where a dynamic and motivated individual could contribute towards the success of all 4 of our exciting adventures.

As a Restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensuring that food production and preparation are carried out according to established standards
- Training and supervising restaurant staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitoring food safety practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and update menu items based on customer preferences and market trends
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and maximizing revenue
- Implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote repeat business
Skills

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in restaurant operations, including food production, preparation, and service
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during daily operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and an understanding of different cuisines
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in team management or supervisory roles
