As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with menu selections, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Process payments accurately using basic maths skills. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary knowledge and service skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. A willingness to learn about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
