Duties
Provide outstanding hospitality to all guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent serving skills.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen as per health regulations.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary techniques is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
