Restaurant Staff

We are looking for Restaurant Staff at Lochside House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As part of the service team, you will be tasked with greeting and seating guests, up-selling, running with food, and clearing and setting tables. The successful applicant may at times be required to work within the functions team.

Responsibilities

Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner Processing payments and handling transactions Providing a warm, welcoming and attentive experience to all guests Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring that tables and dining areas are clean and presentable Engaging with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed Upholding food safety standards and adhering to hygiene regulations during food service Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

What you'll need:

We are looking for candidate with a range of availability including midweek and weekends We love people full of personality Flexible to work varying shift patters to cover the business needs Previous restaurant experience beneficial but not essential Excellent communications skills Positive and "can do" attitude Professionally presented
