We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated restaurant & bar staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high standards of customer care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Duties
Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
Ensure guest queries are addressed promptly and professionally
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including food safety protocols
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and responsibilities
