Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their visit. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Assist with food preparation, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and bill handling. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in serving or kitchen roles. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest services and hospitality. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting, with an eagerness to develop culinary skills further.
