Chuck is currently recruiting the best in the business to help realise this truly exciting partnership from our exciting new concept to completion and beyond.

We're offering a chance for staff of all levels and experience to make a mark on the Gloucestershire foodie scene within a dynamic and creative company.

We are fast growing, with fantastic new sites planned in the near future, and looking for fantastic candidates to execute our company vision.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations
- Assist in food preparation and handling when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns professionally and promptly

Skills:
- Proficiency in restaurant operations and customer service
- Strong upselling skills to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures and equipment
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Culinary knowledge to assist in food preparation when required
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to work well in a team environment and offer help where needed
- Understanding of basic math for order processing and transactions
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
