The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food and quality, and leading a motivated team. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and restaurant
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Experience within a barista role would be an advantage.
Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Knowledge of hospitality best practices including serving standards and customer relations
Experience in managing food safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically and efficiently
