Restaurant Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.

- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor expenses to meet budget goals.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork.

Skills:

- Strong culinary knowledge and experience in food preparation.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage service.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them in the workplace.

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and budgets effectively.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
