We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to assist the management team in overseeing the daily operations of our new buffet restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will be responsible for managing staff, cash handling, assisting in all areas of the restaurant and enhancing the overall dining experience for our customers.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate a team,fostering a positive work environment.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution to maintain guest loyalty.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or similar, is preferred.
Can demonstrate ability in team management and leadership skills.
Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
