Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulations.

Duties

Staff Management:

training and delegating tasks to staff.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, striving to provide a positive dining experience for all guests.

Operational Oversight:

Overseeing daily operations, including bar preparation, service, and cleanliness.

Inventory:

Ordering supplies and counting inventory.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing rules.

Cost Control:

Reducing operational costs and increasing productivity.

Training and Development:

Providing training and development opportunities for staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
