We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of culinary and service staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Develop and implement training programmes for new employees to uphold service excellence.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
Maintain financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices is essential.
Familiarity with bartending operations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
