Summary

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team at Belfast Castle. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality. Located in the heart of our historic site, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' visits.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop and implement menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and local flavours. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste. Collaborate with event coordinators to provide catering services for conferences and events. Handle customer feedback with professionalism, striving for continuous improvement. Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
