About Us:
Rosso is a family owned, busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Bothwell, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also operate a takeaway and delivery service. We're passionate about great food and even better service -- and are looking for a restaurant supervisor to join our management team.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the running of the venue in the absence of a manager Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Manage walk-ins and ensure smooth service flow Oversee takeaway and delivery operations to maintain high standards Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling Manage customer feedback with professionalism
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar supervisor or team leader role Strong communication and organisational skills Positive, hands-on attitude and ability to lead by example Comfortable working busy shifts, including evenings and weekends Passion for hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
